Easysolar-II GX Screen does not show battery state of charge

Easysolar-II GX Screen does not show my battery bank battery state of charge. How can i get it to display this info please ?

Do you have a BMV/SmartShunt or a Can.bus battery or have you activated the internal battery monitor of the MultiPlus(with VE.config)?

More information about your system please.

thanks for the quick response,
here's the error message (attached) am getting when i enter my VRM Portal ID

Regarding the batteries, i don't have a BMV/SmartShunt,
my battery bank is a 48v (12v 200amp X 4 batteries), Gel deep cycle batteries.

Than you have to activate and configure the internal battery monitor of the MultiPlus.

Read the manual for that.

how can i access this section please ?

as i told mentioned, i cant into that section because the VRM Portal ID is not working :(

Please read the manual above.

You need a MK3 Interface or the system has to be online.
