Charger been putting 25amps into Lithium battery (bulk charge) for over an hour from alternator.
DC/DC Charger is too hot to touch!
Is this normal?

The thing about LiFePO4 batteries is their acceptance rate is incredible. Your charger will be running at 100% of it's capacity for as long as it takes. Chargers that are not actually designed for lithiums will struggle.
If you are using a Victron Orion Tr DC-DC charger (12:12-30) then it should be able to cope with 30Amps load continuously at up to 40degrees ambient, however 'too hot to touch' is not what I would consider normal. The device is rated to work to 55 degrees so if it's hotter than that you are outside operating limits.
Are your cables provisioned adequately with regard to the run length? Are all your cable lugs properly crimped?
Smart Shunt is showing charge amperage just under 30A, which AWG 6 should be able to handle.
