I have a 150/75 mppt I bought in 11/2015, I did a firmware update recently and it gave an error saying that all old settings are lost. When I looked at the screen it was flashing "boot" I can't access it anymore. I took it to where I bought it and they said nothing can be done. Any ideas? I have replaced it with a new 150/70, but would like to use it for another system i have. It was rock solid till the update.
What did the dealer you bought it from say they q=would do for you?
They said its not covered by warranty, and that victron would not take any responsibility. So basically I'd like to know if this is true so I won't do any updates a year after purchase.
