Smartsolar 75/10 with the Smart Battery Shunt

Do I need to wire both the Smartsolar MPPT 75/10 with the Smart Shunt? Or do I only need to use Smartsolar MPPT 75/10?

Does the Smart Solar charger do everything the Smart Shunt does?

the shunt is only in combination with a BMS. a shunt alone wont charge anything - or maybe I misunderstand your question?

Does the Victron Smart BMS do everything the Victron smart shunt does? Just wondering if I need to buy both to get all the battery info or do I only need the Victron BMS?

The Smart Shunt gives you information on ALL power in and out of you storage (battery(s)). I don’t have a Smart Solar Controller, but without the shunt I don’t think it gives you usage information. I am sure somebody who knows better will tell us though! Hope that helps.
