How does battery charging process works when you have charging source coming from pv panel and another from ac charger both with two different charging algorithms.

By other ac charging source do you mean something other than the multi charging with the mppt?
The answer also does depend on what battery you are using.
The mppt uses voltage as well as the amp draw. So if the ac charger is higher than the mppt it may see it as full.
If using a gx device with the mppt and multi plugged in, the system coordinates the internal charger and the mppt.
