Hi all
Very first want to say I am not the owner or officially related to that open-source project. Mr Daniel Öster from Dala´s EV repair did give permission to share his project link and info to the Victron Mods community as I believe there are many who could be interested to use code or even contribute. In our community we have people with Victron and Fronius inverters in the same installation and cheap EV batteries would interest some of our community members. If that is not okay for the VE mods community you can remove my message :)
The project is new and the first they have succeeded to use original BMS from Nissan Leaf, Renault Zoe, and Tesla and emulate communication to look like BYD for Fronius. And yes as the original BMS can only handle the original battery in its original condition that is suitable only for HV hybrid inverters like Fronius Gen24. But as the communication code is open I think that could be used as an idea for LV hybrid battery communication as well. Would be great to have a modular battery emulator code base someday :)

Edit: accidentally added this as an idea.
