vrm new alarm rule

In alarm rules I can not make ONLY a ""LOW SOC"" alarm.

I can make a low and high SOC alarm only.

This way I get to many unwatned email, from every time the battery is full.

@BenM you can set the high alarm above 100% like 105% and set the clear high alarm below 104%.

It should never trigger the high alarm, only on low.

Also works with tank alarms, I only want to know when the water tank is nearly empty (set high alarm to 105%) and the waste tank is nearly full (set low alarm to -5%) so I do not get alarms I do not want.
