(Almost) every Victron charger with Bluetooth can be programed to suit your battery.
Also all MultiPlus/Quattro can be programed.

For all devices with "smart" in the name you can use the VictronConnect app and it's demo library to check what you cab do with each device.
VE.Bus devices (MultiPlus/Quattro) can also be programed using VictronConnect and a MK3 Interface.
For more complex setups you may need to use VE.config instead.
