The system was fitted for me. It's longer picking up wifi signal, colour control reads 'No Access points' for wifi. Colour control is fixed to a wall so I need to remove front cover to access wifi port etc at rear

How do I remove the front of the ccgx?
Is the CCGX mounted in the standard Victron Wall Mount Enclosure (see https://www.victronenergy.com/accessories/wall-mount-enclosure-color-control-gx)?
If so, the box has 4 "key-hole" slots on the back that slide over 4 screws. The box should come away from the wall if you slide it upwards by about 10mm. You can then access the 4 corner-mounted screws that hold the CCGX to the mounting box.
