My CGCX does not sense BMV on USB, ok with VeDirect. Is there any known issue?

CGCX on a boat with two MPPT’s using The VEdirect slots. BMV is conected to the CGCX with VictronConnect USB cable. The USB connection does not show up.. If I use a VEdirect cable from the BMV to the CGCX it shows up. The USB ports apparently are not functioning properly.

Can you test the USB cable with a PC/Laptop?
Maybe the cable is faulty.

The USB cable to laptop works properly to connect the VictronConnect app. The BMV is present on the device list and can be selected.

3rd VE to USB cable solved the issue. BMV is now on the Device list
