MPPT100/15 not working

MPPT 100/15...Been working fine up to 2 days ago...even with 12.4v battery it remains off...19v from Panel but only showing 13v on App...tried reboot, reinstalled everything...now stumped..

19v from Panel but only showing 13v on App

You have a bad connection between your mppt and solar panel (or perhaps a bad panel), plz check the wiring/connectors.
