VictronConnect recognises one product but not another

I just got a new Samsung phone and the VictronConnect app recognises the BSC IP65 12/15 240-12 volt charger but now refuses to see my Solar Smart 100/30 solar controller. All this has worked for 2 years and the solar controller is still working to keep the batteries charged just the App won't even see it. HELP!

Try to power cycle the MPPT.

Disconnect PV first and then the battery. Wait a few minutes and reconnect it (battery first).
