Cell Imbalance

Hi, I’ve recently purchased two 200ah victron smart batteries. The cell status says “imbalance “ should I be worried?
Cells 1,3 & 4 read 3.33 and cell 2 reads 3.30.

That is totally normal. You have to fully charge (with BMS!) them to balance the cells.
