Smartsolar mppt 450/100 mounting holes

How am i able to mount the mppt without access to the upper mounting holes? Bracket can't be used as this will be used in a moving vehicle.

Make up a mounting plate that has a margin around the MPPT. Fix the plate to the MPPT, and then mount the MPPT and plate in the vehicle?

Hang it on the bracket. Pull down so it is located. Put screws in the two bottom holes in the user access panel. That is how the inverters are hung and they dont jump off?

Looks more like a design flaw to me, why put two mounting holes there when you aren't able to access them. On all the inverters i have mounted all mounting holes where accessable...
