It seems that my Blue Solar 75/10 is slow ramping up power when in float and the battery voltage suddenly drops.
Is there a handle to make it compensate quicker? Re-bulk ia way too slow with a fixed delay of 1 minute.

You can set the rebulk offset lowest is 0.1v.
If you are not really floating your batteries you could raise the float up to the max float voltage allowable by the battery manufacturer. The one minute is fixed in software so unless you are prepared to reprogram there is not much to do there.
