MPPT Solar Charger with ESS external control

According to manual the MPPT follows the VE configure charge curve.

In VE configure the max charge is set to 48V.

However this is not happening.

How to have this fixed as the MPPT keeps increasing voltage when using ESS. If I use hub instead of ESS the MPPT behaves as it should.
