I had my system commissioned by a Victron agent on 05.07.21. I was supplied with with a GX LTE 4G-E modem for me to install at a later date. Following the Victron instruction and video I have installed a EE sim (registered and checked on a I pad) before installing into the GX LTE. Using the GX controlled to navigate to settings - GSM Modem - No GSM modem connected.

Help please.
