BMV-700 installation question

I had a BVM-700 installed to monitor the house bank on my RV. 2- 12v batteries. Voltage is reading correctly but nothing else makes any sense at all. Amps + or- nonsensical. State of charge makes no sense. reads 100% with 13v, also reads 100% at 12.3v.

I had a 700 on my last RV but it just had one 12v house battery. Is this an install problem or a defective 700?

Do you have a picture of the wiring at the Shunt?

What's the second cable on the right hand battery's negative terminal?
I only see a very small cable to the shunt, it looks like you didn't wire the shunt correctly.
