I saw where Victron says product support is only thru your dealer but what do you do when your dealer is gone? I tried to contact Victron a couple times to get some help. 1st attempt no response, 2nd attempt a msg saying best regards? What type of nonsense response is that to a request to find out where I can send this thing to get fixed? We pay premium prices for victron stuff & not to get any support is torking me off. Do you want to lose any future biz Victron? I need my charger fixed NOW!
