I have a 24/3000 Phoenix inverter which has been great for the last 4 months, but yesterday morning it faulted. I turned it on, everything seemed fine but I noticed an hour later that it had turned off and displayed a solid red light, indicating an overload shutdown.
The only appliance that was running was the fridge, which only draws about 250 watts? After reading the manual and looking at others users experiences I disconnected the inverter, waited ten minutes, and turned it back on, same solid light, and no bluetooth, so I couldn't even open the app to check what was happening.
I disconnected the inverter and waited 12 hours to allow it to reset the error fault, this time I had three solid lights, no bluetooth and still no power.
The batteries which are lithiums are near fully charged at 27 volts, and the charge controller appears to be working perfectly.
My manual says nothing about three solid lights, and i am stuck.
I cannot find a fault listed anywhere with three soil indicator lights??
Any clues?
