Multiplus 24/3000/70 is showing "low battery" when batteries are fully charged

I bought the whole system from the neighbour who was upgrading. It ran beautifully for over two months but fruited today. I'm completely off-grid, 6 panels charging through Schneider MPPT 4 Rolls deep-flooded, set up as 24v. Batteries are in float mode, reading 27v.

Unfortunately, I can only configure the Multiplus via dips. Elsewhere someone suggested that low bat cut off might be misconfigured, but I can't find anywhere how to do it with dips.

I recommend you have buy a MK2 or MK3 Interface, maybe a used one from eBay or something.

It is way more easier to program with that and you have many more possibilities.
