Orion-Tr Smart DC-DC Charger Isolated Charger and a Honda Ridgeline

I have the Orion DC to DC charger 18 amp inside a travel trailer. This system keeps blowing my Ridgeline charger fuse. Which is 20 amps. Is there a fix for this. The Honda was tested and there are no issues in the 7 PIN and the charger appears to be wired correctly.
