Smart Solar 100/50

I am using this app on my iPhone and my iPad can anyone please tell me why the below battery settings are grayed out and I am unable to get into change anythin. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Have you tried turning expert mode on and select under battery presets user definable battery option

Thank you so much that did work and this may have solved our other issue as be were able to increase the absorption voltage
