My VRM don't give me advance options to upgrade

I have a shared site on work bench wher I have to update a blue solar MPPT 150/70

But it seems that I don't have all options in VRM to do the upgrade on the color controller. How do I get the extra options

Hi @Theunis Venter,

you need to ask the owner of the VRM installation to get full control. This can be found in VRM in Settings/User.
