could you help or maybe recommend someone? been going a week now but the last 2 days system keeps battery state of charge around 52%. Doesn’t go any higher or fully charge batteries

I am connected to grid but don’t have a two way meter. Weather in uk pretty overcast at the moment so unit is only trying to send a few watts back to mains, showing on overview as -7, or -5 or no mains.
What will happen when gets sunnier this week and unit try’s to send more kw back to mains. Will it just go back to mains through the incoming, or is the unit just thinking it’s sending excess electric back when in fact it’s not.
To officially export back to grid, I need accreditation which is not possible for self install using second hand equipment.
Options 1 and 2 don’t fit my preference.
Option 4 is deprecated.
Can I just have option 3 but no excess back to grid?
