Multiplus 48/5000/70-100 #E24 Error code

Hello everyone, I recently installed a Multiplus 48/5000/70-100, and tonight everything stopped, and the code E24 (Start of system protection) was displayed on the screen of the Cerbo GX, what does this mean, and how can I remedy it? See if you can relate #24 comments there to your own system. Come back with details if possible, and someone might be able to help.
