MultiPlus stuck on “Fault” in VictronConnect app but continues to function normally

My MultiPlus 3000 is stuck on Fault in the app. I can still turn it on and off from the app and the unit appears to be working fine. When I connect using USB through my laptop it does not show any fault. Deleting and reinstalling doesn’t help. What’s the next step?

It seems like perhaps the Bluetooth dongle is stuck in that state.
Could you try to power cycle the Bluetooth dongle by momentarily removing the wire from B+?
