Lynx BMS and Pylontech batteries

Hello, would it be possible to use the new Lynx BMS with Pylontech batteries? e.g. by utilising the remote on/off pin?

No. Pylontech batteries have their own BMS. If your inverter and MPPT charger are also Victron, you need a GX device (such as Cerbo GX) and the required cables.

Hi @bezda,

unfortunately not possible. In order to utilise ATC/ATD from the Lynx Smart BMS, it requires the information it gets from the Victron Smart Lithium battery internal BTV (balancing, temperature, voltage) via the M8 BTV cables (between battery and BMS).

The Lynx Smart BMS is working only with Victron Smart Lithium Batteries, as mentioned in the manual.
