You will need a VE.direct to USB cable.
I think if you restart the mppt by removing the pv and battery voltage for a small period of time, mppt will activate the bluetooth for a period of 30-60 seconds upon restart.
Be prepared with victron connect to "connect" and re-enable the bluetooth.
