Inrush Amps For 12/500 Phoenix Inverter

Looking at running a small heater that pulls 10a for 1 sec when starting and then 3.5a. 350w. Would the 10a inrush trip the 12/500 inverter?

Are you running 120v system or 230v?

and are you measuring load at the battery with a meter or through the app?
