MPPT 100/50 not charging.

Hi There, we have 2 x MPPT 100/50 controlling 2x 325 watt solar panels each. 2 pair seem not to be working and screen on my apple phone shows “Why is charger off”

Did you tap on "Why is charger off"? Then one or more reasons for the charger off will pop up.

It seems that your solar array is not connected somehow because it is not showing any PV Voltage at all. This could be down to a wiring fault or an open fuse or circuit breaker.

Or it is connected in reverse.

Thank you for assistance, I gave tried pressing on why is charger off but nothing happens. I would like to reboot system but can’t see a fuse anywhere, should it have a fuse ?

First step: take a multimeter and check the PV array voltage and polarity.
