I have 5 lifepo4 batteries and a few of them are at ~12v and others are at ~13v. Can I charge them all up in parallel together or would I have to get them all to full charge individually before charging them all together in parallel?

12V with no load is very low for a lithium battery.
You should change each battery individual to the same level before connecting them together.
