I had a smartsolar 100/20 connected to a lithium battery for the past 2 days and each time I connect it seems to randomly display a voltage much lower than the actually battery voltage. Lithium battery is at 13.35 at the terminals on both the battery and the smartaolar regulator terminals so there is no voltage drop there and also no load. The in app voltage is displaying 12.52v and displays as low as 11.72v again with no load connected. Cables are connected well and firm. Any idea why this is happening I'm worried that it'll result in overcharging the lithium battery.
