Hi @nonop4. It seems two of the batteries are not communicating. Total discharge limit should be 300A (12x25A)
Also, set the system to keep batteries charged for about a day or two. This will let the batteries balance - it is a common error to see this when the bank is not balanced.
how many groups of batteries are you running. and what ADD have you set for each group ie.
group 1 ADD should be 0100 group 2 0010 group 3 0110 group 4 0001.
How have you connected the batteries communications to each.
Please refer to
https://www.rpc.com.au/pdf/pylontech_us2000_manual.pdf
I have two groups of 6 batterries
group 1: 0100
group 2: 0010
Exactly like in this diagram:
ok Great so you have the settings in place. What is the SOC on the groups of batteries? are some of them full while the others are charging? did this start straight away when you connected the batteries through the HUB? Are you running on grid or off grid? can you provide more information of your system?
From your video it appears that group 1 is giving you the issue. you could try and swap the order ie make one of the other batteries in the group the master for testing.
I had a similar issue. with an on grid system. after the system had been up and running for a few days I recevied an alarm Internal failure. After searching through the communicty, I found this string. where pylonttec had responded.
@2una Hi,Please try this: Load the ESS assistant and configure DVCC and ESS on the GX device. Select "Keep Batteries Charged" in the ESS mode setting. https://community.victronenergy.com/questions/42781/pylontech-alarm.html
I followed the above advise from Pylontech and have not had the error again.
- The share is set at 40% minimum
- the 12 batteries are charged at the same time and this also discharges
- After adding the HUB and 4 additional batteries, the system never worked well (see my videos)
-the installation is on the three-phase network
- 3 Quattros 15000VA, 60 panels 375wcc 4 MPPT 250A, 12 pylontech US2000
- If I address 6 pylontech on 0100 all alone it works
- If I address the other 6 pylontech also in 0100 I have no error but the power is wrong (150A) I must have 300A
As soon as I address the 6 other pylontech in 0010 (in two) the HUB puts in red leds and error (see video)
I tested with another pylontech HUB, same problem
I tested in all directions for hours, addressing, wiring ect ...
IMPOSSIBLE
I do not know what to do ?
Hi @nonop4. Thanks for providing the details information about your system.
This is should be a firmware issues.
As you can find that the LED light from the LV-HUB and CCL/DCL value from the CCGX is constantly jumping between two groups bank(12 batteries)and one bank(6 batteries) which means the communication is not stable.
I will send you the latest firmware and guide you to upgrade your equipment.
Best Regards
Ned
I received the RJ45 cable to connect to the HUB, it's just impossible, I tried with 3 different computers, I even cut and rewire the RJ 45 to be on the cable, I tried to reverse I try to lon in large it does not connect !
Hi

As i have a similar issues with 2 banks an LV Hub that drop the BMS signals.
