Someone gave me a 100Ah Victron battery with 2 out of 8 cells damaged, investigating I found that the problem is from the electronics / active balancer.
Is there any way to adjust the readings from this balancer?
Thanks!

Hi @llubi,
not clear to me what you want to adjust. There is nothing on the PCB where you can make adjustments. The PCB sheet is not public. So if one of the components are damaged, it's either a case of warranty (most probably not the case when you opened the housing) or self engineering and fix the problem.
What makes you sure it's the balancer and not the one (or more) of the cells?
