Hi all, The one MPPT as shown below has not delivered power for over a month. The PV voltage is being measured and the firmware has been updated on all products. What could be the issue? does it just require a hard reset?

Is the charger disabled for any reason? VictronConnect will give a reason if so.
Is the the connection to the battery sound? Check wiring and fuses / circuit breakers between the MPPT and the battery,
No, it is not disabled. Also, it does measure the battery and PV voltage, but not giving output at all. Thus, if able to measure the voltages available, other equipment such as fuses and breakers should be in working order.
On your screenshots it shows that there is 54.03V on the battery terminals. That does not necessarily mean that it is measuring the Voltage of the battery it's self.
If there is nothing connected to the battery terminals at all, with PV connected and working, then the MPPT will do its job and meet its target battery Voltages and these will show on the console.
Does it also show battery Voltage during the night time?
I'd first check if the 'remote switch' connector with the little wire-bridge is in place.
also you can check what the external control values are in the menu.
We have asked the client to check the remote switch and it seems to be in place. Even asked him to remove it and insert again giving a "hard reset". Could you help by explaining how to check those values?
ok, did you check the fuse to the MPPT (battery side)?
