I cant seem to get it to remember any presets. If i put it on lifepo4. Then reconnect to the app.. it is on User defined...??
Additionally, the first time i ran the system, i got a code 38..
History shows 15+ volts.
Why
Most likely your battery bms shut off.

The article explains how to recover from the error.
You may need to set your charge current down (what does the battery recommend) or lower your charged voltage slightly as the battery bms possibly shitdown from a slight overvoltage.
