Often this is a either a power factor thing, losses in cables or the self consumption of the system users often don't factor that in as a load.
If you switch off incoming ac power and all external you should get a basic idea of what your system uses as self consumption.
The Victron really does not measure the battery side other than voltage so power drawn from the battery (unless you are using a shunt) is more of an assumption than actual useage.
