Can anybody tell me how to physically remove the positive and negative temperature probes from the little socket on a Multiplus (or any other Victron product) . I've tried but dont want to destroy them. They do not want to budge..

You have to push in the orange part with a small flat screwdriver and pull the cable out.
Did that. They didn't want to cooperate. At least I know now I was doing it correct. Thanks for the reply.
As you push the orange connector (it goes in quite far) rotate the ferrule (blue) slightly (45deg) with a needle nose pliers.
Looks like the ferrule is stuck... Lets us know.
