Blue smart charger 12/25 dies during firmware update

Hi, did a firmware update on my blue smart charger 12/25 and got to about 94-94% when the unit died on me. all lights shut off. No bluetooth connectivity after this. Disconnected from batteries and measure approx 18 volts output. But unit seems dead. Any way of resetting the unit? Can i get someone to load new firware trough a backdoor or something? or is the unit finished?

That does not feel good, a charger that goes to 18V output due to a (failing) firmware update! Does it warn you do disconnect the batteries while doing a firmware update?

Already talked to Victron support and unit is within 5 year warranty. so they will fix or replace the unit. Happy days :-)

Note! i disconnected the unit from the batteries after the led's shut off and after that i measured 18 volt from charger.
