There is an ESS feature explained in the Cerbo GX manual, which allows to limit charge power from ACin with no further explanation. My Cerbo GX console doesn't show up the option. I found in the community an explanation, that it might depend on the DVCC setting.
My understanding was that with this ESS feature I would control the range of battery charge from the ACin connected source, e.g. avoid charging from grid. The feature in the DVCC menu to limit charge current would allow to control the current independent of the source (e.g. ACin or PV-inverter). So there would be some independency between the 2 entities.
If the found explanation is valid, my assumption is wrong.
My question is to give more background information in the appropriate manuals.
