Remote Console not working on Multiplus II GX

Dear community, good night


I registered a Multiplus II GX to VRM portal. It reports data OK but can´t access Remote Console. It refuses to open. I can access it when connected to the SSID of the Multiplus II GX but not from VRM.

Check in the device settings if Remote Console is enabled on VRM.
