Cerbo WiFI, LAN and BT stopped working

Symptoms:-

- Cerbo WiFI set-up says 'No WIFI adaptor connected.

- Cerbo Ethernet set-up says 'Unplugged'.

- Bluetooth not visible on iPhone.


Ethernet is connected, Cerbo RJ45 sockets lights normal and ethernet connection tested on laptop.

Cerbo can create WiFi hotspot; can connect with iPhone and use browser to view remote consul. It cannot however see WiFi hardware for a connection out.

Cannot get WiFi, LAN or Bluetooth to work. All have been working fine since purchasing Cerbo three weeks ago.


On the day this fault appeared, I did three things:-

(1) Install v2.7

(2) Switched on K-signal and created a few instruments on the v2.7. dashboard app.

(3) Connected MPPT75/15.

I do not know at which point in this that the faults appeared.


I have now reinstalled v2.6 and removed MPPT connection but fault remains.


Any ideas?

Hi @SV-Gabrielle,

I presume you have cold power cycled, and press + hold the 'networking reset' button on the Cerbo?


Long press: reset all network settings to factory defaults

Press and hold the small button for a minimum of four seconds. The LED will stay on for 2 seconds to indicate that the log press has been recognised; then release the button again.

Ethernet is set back to DHCP

WiFi Access Point is enabled

Remote Console password is disabled

Remote Console on LAN and on VRM is enabled



If you have done both of those, then I would return to place of purchase for a replacement.
