VictronConnect On / off control

I am researching the ip22 charger and wonder if it can be turned on and off using the victronConnect App. I could not find a way to do this in the app demo. Thanks - Tim

Hello Tim,

sadly it has not the function you are searching for. Are you using any other Victron Energy components? If you have f.e. a BMV, you can use the relay function to interrupt the charging from your IP22 with an additional 12V-relay.

If doing this with relay suggest taking precautions against electrical arcing when switching under load.
