Persistent Battery Voltage alarm

Good day,


My system is showing a persistent "Battery Monitor [512] - High voltage alarm: Alarm" on VRM, nothing is showing on the CCGX. There was an event on Dec 7th, but it quickly cleared on the CCGX, yet the error remains on the portal. I have done a complete power cycle, reboots, etc to no avail.

I was able to clear this alarm by going to /settings/alarms, then disabling all alarms, save and refresh, then re-enable the alarms, causing the active alarm to be cleared.
