SmartSolar MPPT 150/85Ve.CAN not going through the 3 Charging states

Good dayI

I installed a new SmartSolar MPPT 150/85Ve.CAN and the system is 48v. I found out that is not charging on 48v but ones I changed to 12v or 24v on the same PV it will be charging . My PV is 4000W.

Please how can I resolve this issue
