HELP NEW SmartSolar 150/85Ve.48v Charging Issues

Good day

Please I purchased a new SmartSolar MPPT 150/85Ve.CAN and my system 48v and I installed and configured properly. Found out that is not charging on 48v but ones I changed to 12v or 24v on the same PV it will be charging . My PV is 3750W.

Please how can I resolve this issue
