Solar controller don't charge batteries after loose link

Hello. I have Offgrid system with Multiplus II 5000, color control and mppt solar 250/100 with pylontech 2.2 *3 = 6.6 kW. When v.e. direct cable from mppt to color control disconnected (was bad connection), SOC of batteries go to "0" and system turn off. Why mppt don't charge batteries in autonom mode? Without Color control.

If I understood correct. If v.e. direct cable from mppt side turn on, mppt waiting for external control...

Hi @Novychena

Once a 'managed battery' (BMS talks with Victron system) has been connected, MPPT will not produce without BMS connected. This is a safety feature.

To enable working with an unmanaged battery again: use VictronConnect to reset MPPT to factory settings
