VRM 'Realtime' data not updating for DC side

Hello,


I have an issue with my VRM display dashboard. The issue is quite recent, and the install has been working correctly for 2 months prior to this.

I have a Multiplus II connected to a Venus GX, and this is publishing through Ethernet to the web. IP config is automatic, and IP, Subnet, Gateway, DNS all get set correctly as 192.168.10.*.

The basic problem is that with the real time view, only the grid and AC load are updating frequently (1s). The DC side (batteries and MPPT) are only updating every minute.

The data for both updates on a 1s period in the remote console.

I have done the troubleshooting, and my DHCP/DNS seem to be configured correctly.

Is this a change on the VRM dashboard, or is there a setting I have broken that is slowing my dashboard down?

Hallo Tim,

Ich habe das gleich Problem seit ein paar Tagen. Im VRM werden auf der AC Seite auch die 3 Phasen nicht mehr aktualisiert. Nur die Summe wird auf der AC Seite alle 1s aktualisiert. Auf der DC Seite bleibt mein MPPT und der Akku auf dem Wert nach dem Öffnen stehen.

In der Remonte Console werden die Daten richtig aktualisiert. Ich denke das liegt an dem noch sehr "neuen" VRM.

Sorry das ich auf deutsch schreibe aber mein Englisch ist nicht so gut.

Same problem. Had it happen for the AC side yesterday
