This started a few days ago and is still the case . I get the popup window that a request is being processed and that I should receive a download link , however I never receive a download link. Checked SPAM folder. I havenot changed and setting on the portal
It looks like its related to my user profile. I created another profile and the download links work. How can I get my original rimary user profile changed so that the download links get sent to me??
Once you have added the new account as a full user, Can you remove the old user account completely from the users list for that site?
